Machined Products  engineers, builds, and operates our own secondary operation machines which are dedicated to a specific part. Our experienced staff will review your part and can suggest detailed cost effective design changes. Our focus is to provide the customer with a competetive advantage on quality, productivity, and on time delivery.

Machined Products first customer was International Harvester in 1958. In 1960 we expanded our operations to include production of banjo fittings, piston cooling nozzles, tube and body assemblies, iron castings and other parts requiring secondary operations. We established stringent process control and quality assurance procedures with our very first part. We have grown steadily throughout the years, and today we are located in a 98,500 sq. ft. facility just northwest of O'Hare Airport in Elk Grove Village, Il. Although we are a much larger company than when we began, we still adhere to the philosophy that made us successful: provide the customer with the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and deliver it on time.
