Machined Products Company maintains a rigid and thorough quality system which is intended to provide products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and the TS 16949/ ISO 9002 Quality Standards.

Our quality system procedures are applied effectively throughout the company and are designed to motivate every employee to pursue continuous improvement in quality and productivity. All production machine operators and inspection personnel are trained to use statistical process control techniques. We maintain thorough quality performance records and use this feedback to continuously improve our production methods.

The inspection lab is equipped with the latest technological measuring equipment to perform complete layout inspection, including: CMM, Deltronic comparators, Sheffield electronic columns, profilometer for measuring surface texture, 250X magnification video lens, hardness testers, and many special gages for measuring geometrical tolerances. We use fully trained quality technicians to perform all activities of the quality department.
